Internet pricing

I'm on your website right now. It saying. (Xfinity no contact Get 200 Mbps internet-$35/mo for 1 year, no contract required.

So I called the 215 Corporate #. Of course he said Oh NO its only for new customers. Bunch of liars. Why don't u do something for your 18 yr customers. 

All I'm trying to do is save $20. What about us retired  or disabled people???

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
