International roaming

All my lines were suppose to be on the global plan. Instead it was only applied to one. I was charged roaming fees on the other lines and now I cannot afford my bill. My service will be suspended tomorrow if I do not pay a bill close to 1,000. No one from Xfinity is willing to help. I’ve wasted over a month calling and now everything will be suspended tomorrow.
