International Roaming HELP :(

Hello Xfinity Team,

I’m posting here hoping to be guided to the right place for help.

During a recent international trip, I made an honest mistake and forgot to activate the $10/day international roaming option on my line. As a result, I was charged over $1,000 in roaming fees, which I completely understand were valid under the plan terms.

That said, this amount is extremely difficult for me to absorb as a single mom, and it was never my intention to incur charges anywhere near this level. I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer and have already reached out to customer services 5 times.  After hours on the phone,  3 representatives gave me hope of a resolution,  2 didn't .  I was advised to seek further review.

I’m not asking for anything publicly here — I’m simply hoping that a representative could invite me to a private/direct message so I can explain the situation in more detail and see if there is any possibility of forgiveness, adjustment, or partial credit due to the circumstances.

I take responsibility for the oversight and truly appreciate any consideration or guidance you can provide.
