Insurance is garbage

The insurance that you sell is garbage. We got a refurbished phone after paying $100 after we filed a claim the phone had a hardware problem after a week. My husband needs a phone because he is driving across the country but they can’t send us a phone until the other is sent back? For real?!? What is the point of the insurance
