Incorrect Mobile Charge on Free Mobile + Internet Bundle
I subscribed to Xfinity Internet about two months ago under the offer that included a free mobile connection along with the internet service. As per the commitment, only the internet should be billed, and the mobile line should remain free.
However, today I was charged $26 for the mobile connection. This appears to be a billing error.
Please review my account and resolve this issue at the earliest.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
