Incompetent
I've been with Xfinity for years and I've experienced the same thing over and over the Xfinity chat says one thing and calling on the phone says something else I was told by phone I have to do a 6 months cleanse for a payment arrangement and the chat said they will restore immediately they told me Monday I'll be extended till august 18 but my phone is off Friday the 25 how do you have people who don't know how to do their job
