Incentive
I check my incentive and it said shipping on 09/21/23. However, it been over 3 weeks now and still didn’t get anything. I was talking to agents by chat and non of them can provide the shipping tracking number and no one answer the phone at incentive call center. This is really inefficient and you could do it better by provide the tracking number so there is a proved.

I'm sorry to hear that you hadn't received it as of a couple of days ago, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Has it come in the mail yet? If not, what exactly does our Incentive Tracker say when you look up the status of your gift card(s)?
