incentive tracker
I switched our phones to Xfinity and was told about the 200 gift card. It has been over 3 months but I have not received anything. I have tried to look it up under the incentive website and it shows it has been less then 10 days...?? I have done this a few times and still the same answer. What do I need to do now?

Hello @user_gthf9g The incentive site is usually the most accurate site to determine the reward status. In the case of these gift cards the requirements are usually keep the service in good standing for 90 days and then the gift cards are delivered around the 16-18 week mark.
So it sounds like you reached the 90 days to qualify but are still within the 16-18 week window for the delivery.
