incentive tracker

To the best of my calculations, I met all of the requirements for an incentive (Q421 BYOD Offer - $200). I have continued to check the incentive tracker but it has shown no action (Pending Fulfillment Eligibility - Order Date: 1/2/22, Status Date: 1/10/22). I sent an email on 13 April 2022 that was to be answered in 2-3 days but got no response as of yet. I don't understand why the incentive tracker isn't up to date and I don't know what my perceived current status is. I would appreciate the assistance of someone who can see me through this.

I didn't expect a specific answer to my particular problem. What I hope for is acknowledgement that the incentive tracker isn't particularly thorough nor timely as a tool to keep track of incentive status. Along with that acknowledgement, it would be great if there were an expressed desire and intent to fix the problem, along with maybe a timeline. Thanks.

Thank you for following up. When it comes to the incentive tracker it is personal to the account. In order to see the status you would need to contact customer care. The Pending Fulfillment Eligibility will appear in the status after 2-3 days after install. the Qualified will appear 90 days post install date - qualified email is triggered if you provided your email address. The next status is shipped once the visa card has been shipped. 

 

Xfinity Incentive Tracker will display Disqualified status if not eligible.

@gackenhj The Xfinity Incentive Tracker is a website that allows you to view your prepaid card status online.

I transferred my cell phone to Xfinity a couple of months ago and I have yet to receive my incentive gift card.  [Edited: "Personal Information"]

When wwill I get it?
