Inaccurate information

Super disappointed and I feel very cheated.  I was sold on a promotion which included my upgrading my modem in return I would get a faster modem and a mobile phone with a line for an increase of only $15 a month.  I jumped on the deal.  Not Once was I explained that I would be getting a separate bill for mobile services in addition to a bill for the phone.  Sleazy tactics and the agent should be admonished for misrepresenting for the sake of a sale. A have the agents number and all of this is on chat transcript! This is consumer misrepresentation. I am

leaving xfinity as soon as possible.

That is definitely not the experience we would like you to have, I am sorry that it was not explained correctly that the Mobile and Residential services have separate billing departments.    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
