IMPACT OF LIFE
You are trying to charge my grandma $500 instead of $20 for per gig when it was supposed to be "unlimited". It's okay for employees to make mistakes but it's horrendous that you guys wouldn't take accountability for a workers mistake and instead [Edited: "Language"] an older lady whom is just trying her best to make due with what she has. She works hard to pay her bills and budget with what's left over. HORRIBLE customer service, no real people for calls, seems that you dont care about your long time clients, and on top of all that you guys dont make right on your mistakes.
