I'm being over charged.

Im dealing with being over charged for too long I've gone to store numerous times I've talked to customer service Im recently went thro Surgery was in hospital a month and I have a long road to recovering ,With that said I cant deal with this trap any more now They want to disrupt my service they owe me over 300 Im thro with this Im contacting my attorney they argue with me Saying I still owe Ive contacted my Credit card Company to dispute they say the same On my payments Being on fixed income and they do this to a disabled senior.  Can someone tell me where or who I can talk to?

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
