I’m being billed for a mobile line that it’s supposed to be free for one year
I’m being built for an Xfinity mobile line that I ported from Verizon in September.
Background:
In June, I had ordered to have the line ported over to you and changed my mind. I called and canceled the order within 10 minutes. They said it was no issue to cancel the order and the activation never took place. I received a bill in July which they canceled and adjusted.
in September, I decided to actually do the port and although there were some issues it’s been activated for many weeks now. The problem is, they didn’t put it in as Free because apparently they saw the June order and counted that as my free one, even though it was the same phone number and phone, but the order was canceled. Also, My mobile line was not showing up in the Xfinity mobile app. after speaking to several agents at different levels and indifferent departments, I was given this ticket # Ecm0017016083 and told to call back on October 30. While I was reading the 10 days to call the telephone that I ported over showed up on the Xfinity app.
Yesterday I received my monthly bill for $40 without any mention of the Free 12 months I’m supposed to get. This is obviously a problem somewhere within your systems, but that’s not my issue. This is the free line that I asked for and I don’t expect to have to pay for it until next September.
