I’m being billed and have never connected a mobile device
Sorry for my frustration, but I’ve spent over an hour on the Xfinity assistant and was completely unsuccessful. I’m frustrated.
I got a ‘new’ phone and returned it unwrapped to an Xfinity center. It was after 14 days, and was told it would be $35. Now I see I’m being billed monthly for a phone I don’t own, have never even seen, much less used. I need the billing to cease and a refund of the over $140 charged to my account.
