Illegal withdrawal of money
Xfinity,
I have been to your office countless times to complain about money that has been drawn from my account for one year for a line that I do not own. I presented my actual address, phone number and names. There is a line registered under a different name, address and phone number but attached to my bank details. Every month money has been illegally drawn from my account for the same line
I have received a bill for the same line since I stopped my autopay.
Kindly cancel that line and refund my money or I institute a legal action against Xfinity.
