ID verification canceled order
Hello,
I ordered a case and screen protector and was required to verify my identity with the front and back of my driver's license. I did this and received confirmation that my photos uploaded successfully, but my order was canceled. Two questions, how do I fix this and second, why is my driver's license needed to purchase accessories?
