I was told by agent Premium Unlimited would cover International. Now being charged nearly $3,000.

I have spent probably 4 hours on many phones calls or chats with Xfinity agents and have been promised this issue will be fixed.  Right now My bill is at approximately $2,400 with another sevearl hundred already for next months bill; and I was assured that my daughter's trip to Japan on her Premium Unlimited plan would be covered.  I started getting texts about Roaming charges on the first day already over $200.  I immediately contacted an agent and I was ASSURED that this charge would be reversed and that WAS OVER A MONTH AGO!! have made repeated calls and repeated chats nothing gets fixed.  I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP!!!!
