I was scammed by xfinity sale rep. BEWARE!!!
I have been an xfinity internet customer for a while. After I noticed that my promotion has ended, I reached out to xfinity using the chat service. The sale rep said that if I switch over my phone service to xfinity I can keep the same price for the internet which $25/months. The rep told me that if I switch over two cellphone lines, I will get a promotional price of $25/months for both lines, making a total of $50/month for the internet (300MB/s) and the 2 cellphones (unlimited data). The rep also promised that I will get a reimbursement for the amount I paid the my previous phone provider, total @$350 for the 2 lines. I used Mint mobile and I paid a year of service in advance. At the time the rep seemed rush to port my numbers into xfinity and after I have ported in the 2 lines, the rep disconnected right away. Now, it has been almost two months and I have been charged with so much higher bills for both the phone and internet service. Not only that, I never received the reimbursement I was promised.
Since then, I contacted xfinity a number of times through chat, phone, and in-person at the store. None of the reps could help or show any interest to help. I have been bounced around by them from one to another. Overall, I wasted more than 15 hours on calls/chats. I tried to talk to their fraud/customer relation, none of which seems existent.
Xfinity never show and responsibility of its employee's actions.
I am greatly disappointed but their action. Not only that, their phone reception is horrible, even in the city.
Overall, I wasted $350 I paid to the previous phone provider, wasted a lot of time, and I have been overly charged for their poor service.
xfinity customer service is the WORST.
Also, I tried to switch from esim to physical sim, not only that their technician cannot do that, they also open a new number with the sim card and charge me for the third line I never asked for. When I asked for the refund, they said that the charge is valid. I could not express enough how frustrated I have been with xfinity.
Never again with xfinity. They are all scammers.
Please stay away from them.

This is exactly the same script I have getting from all the xfinity representatives I interacted. All I get is not the solution but excuses and insincere apologies. I’ll provide you the detail you are asking for. Let’s see if it will be different this time.
