I was offered a free line but it’s showing up as a charge for full price

I was offered a free line but the charge is showing full price. I spent 3 hours on a chat and was disconnected and the phone representative told me that it would be free and they lied to me.

Hi there, @user_6rrfnx! Thanks for reaching out about the free unlimited line for new Xfinity Mobile customers. The discount comes on your billing statements making the line free each month. Have you already been billed for Xfinity Mobile and are seeing the line at full price?

No, the customer service agent on the phone said the line would be free but after I accepted the offer for the phone and I looked at what it said my monthly bill would be I saw that I was being charged for the phone line
