I want to speak to a live agent. The Chat Bot can't help me.

I'm trying to get information regarding senior plans for my mobile. I spent a while on the chat but had no luck getting a live agent via that route. I'm interested in bundling my current Xfinity home internet with my 2 mobile phones, both are owned by elderly, one of which is disabled.

Okay, so apparently this service won't get me to a live agent either. My response to my inquiry was "no responses". I read the instructions: go to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click peer to peer but there is no such button or information regarding it other than in the responses regarding: speak with a live agent.

What gives? Are you all just a bunch of bots with no human oversight? Maybe I should switch carriers?

I guess I'll check back later. If there is an actual person working at Xfinity--one who is truly committed to customer support and service--maybe they will email me? Or maybe call me on my mobile phone? Send smoke signals? Hello?

Good Morning, @user_s39xtk! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I would be more than happy to look into the options with bundling services together with the Internet and mobile services. Can you please send us a DM?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
