I want to cancel my service. I can't deal with any more awful customer service.
I have been trying for two days to get some resolution. Every time I try to pay my mobile bill, I get an error message. I have tried two cards, the app, the website, different browsers, different devices, clearing browser history, incognito mode, and restarting devices. I had the misfortune of dealing with an "executive relations" employee who was rude, condescending, and ableist. He marked the case as resolved despite the fact that it hasn't been and closed it "at my request," which is a stone-cold lie. I asked for his manager, not to close it.
During the course of that conversation, I also found out that I was lied to a few months ago. If I had been told the truth, I wouldn't have stayed with Xfinity in the first place.
Now I'm so upset and angry that I just want to cancel everything since no Xfinity employee shows any interest in honesty or in fixing this.

Now I have another of your incompetent chat agents overseas telling me "Supervisors are currently occupied. Contact hours start at 9 AM in your local time. I assure you that a supervisor will call back within 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding." I have been asking for his supervisor for half an hour. It's always "I'm checking. One more minute."

Good evening user_jd8euk. I can assure you this is not the experience we want for you. I will be happy to assist you further.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
