I think Xfinity is scamming customers with the promise of free gift cards.

I was supposed to receive a $300.00 gift card for each of the 2 phones I got through Xfinity when I signed up for phone service. I was told THEY would be mailed out after 30 days of service. I've waited so long that the phone plan I picked for the phones has already expired. I've called, chatted with on the app., and gone to the local Xfinity store multiple times. They all said they were sorry for the delay but they were being sent right then. Still no cards. Am I ever going to get the 2 $300.00 cards? Or, was the promise of the gift cards just a scam to get people to switch to Xfinity Mobile? To me it sure looks like a scam.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
