I need to cancel a line on Xfinity Mobile Account!

This is absolutely infuriating!

Been trying to cancel one of the lines on my Xfinity Mobile account.  Absolutely can't find a way to do it. 

Xfinity chat is useless. Stupid worthless AI won't even tell me how to do it. Been paying for a line that has seen no use for about a year.

All I want to do is cancel one of the lines. 14 years with Xfinity and something as simple as this is a flippin nightmare.

Does anyone know how I can do this?  A side note, I can't call Xfinity Mobile because when I do all I get is spanish version. Been trying for years to have that issue fixed. 

Any who does anyone know how I can accomplish this? I'm to the point where Xfinity can just stuff it and I'll go elsewhere.
