I need an xfinity mobile retention specialist asap

I have been dealing with a [Edited: "Language"]-up account regarding the BOGO plans since the 2nd month of service and most recently I'm being blatantly lied to about the global travel pass that's supposed to be automatically included in the Unlimited Premium package. I've spent almost 20 hours on the phone and in person regarding these issues and if I don't get a retention person and get this resolved by the end of this weekend, I'm going to look into legal action and file complaints the FTC and the BBB. WHAT NUMBER CAN I CALL TO GET A RETENTION MANAGER?????
