I have an SOS and no signal, puk code needed.

Hello, yesterday I lost signal and thought it was random until i realised my parents still had signal. I tried to turn off and on airplane mode and it says I need a puk code. I fear that I might have been sim swapped. I cant call support because of this either. Help would be appreciated
