I got kicked out of my chat, my internet won't work, and my mobile order was canceled

I would like a supervisor to reach out to me. I've spent 6 hours talking to people and gotten absolutely nowhere. I'm trying to reactivate service through you guys and I am about to have a break down this is so ridiculous. I can't even get back to my chat I was finally getting help in.
