I closed my account and moved to India but still Xfinity mobile bill is getting

I closed my Xfinity mobile bill for the account phone number [Edited: "Personal Information"] last month on June 20th 2026 and moved to India. I see a bill for $33.90 which is hitting my credit card ending in 3253. Could you please look into that and refund the exact amount and close my xfinity mobile account. Moreover I closed my xfinity home internet on the same day which was closed and no issues. But xfinity mobile was not closed or I don't understand why the bill I am getting. Please cancel the charges and refund, close it. Thank you

Good day user_tyq8wk 👋 I hope your recent move out of the country went as smoothly as possible for as big an undertaking as that sounds! More than anything we appreciate any amount of time you've spent with us, so we definitely want to make sure your billing is accurate, and you're not charged for any services no longer in use.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, we can start looking into this further for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
