I changed my xfinity password yesterday and now I can't log into the app on my phone. I keep entering the new (correct) password
On my phone in the xfinity app, it keeps taking me back to the enter password page, so I'm in a loop and can't get in. I can sign on via the web on my phone, but not the app. I've enabled 3rd party access as has been suggested in previous posts by others. Very frustrating that I've lost access to the app on my phone because I changed my password.

BTW, I have tried removing the app and reinstalling it on my iPhone. Still puts me in the loop of asking for my password over and over and over again.

I'm basically having the same problem. Was always able to change my incoming and outgoing password before on my phone. I've changed it on my desktop and it's fine.
