I cancelled the Xfinity mobile account in July and am still getting charged in October.

I cancelled my Xfinity mobile account in July. I have chat records that state my account was cancelled. I even was refunded in July because I had cancelled in May and was charged in error. When I call or look at my online account, it says I have no existing account. In fact, it is really difficult to speak to an agent because when I call, my account number doesn't work. However, I have been charged twice since cancellation. I've disputed with my credit card company and received refunds, but I want Xfinity to stop charging me, period. It's also very strange because I was charged in August, and then charged in October, so it's not even consistent. I would like my account to be fully deactivated and my card information to be deleted. I never actually wanted the mobile service in the first place, it came with the internet so I've never even used the mobile service, nor do I even have a mobile number with Xfinity. This just feels like such a terrible business practice.

Good morning @user_saytu2 If you still need assistance with your Xfinity Mobile concern, we can assist in getting a ticket opened with our Xfinity Mobile team.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
