I am SO FRUSTRATED

I filed a claim with Assurant mid January that was approved by assurant. The tracking number is was sent showed the phone was stuck in Memphis, TN, for a month. During this i called Assurant on 3 separate occasions.  The first time was they told me they would contact the carrier and investigate and this would take about 5 days. The second time, I had not heard anything back,  they said they would investigate and it would take an additional 5 to 8 days. The third time I called, they said they closed the claim because they contacted xfinity and were told the new phone was active on my account. This is impossible because we never received the new phone. They told me to contact xfinity. So I did. Xfinity instructed me to contact FedEx, so I did. FedEx let me know a few days later that they could not locate the package. Do I went to Xfinity store yesterday.  They gave me a different phone number to call because they only have first line access. I have been with Xfinity for 10 years! This is a nightmare! I am ready to switch services because I cannot get the support that a customer of 10 years deserves. Please Help
