I am no longer able to access xFinity hotspots on my iPhone, but am able to do so on my iPad since the most recent rapid security update
When at a location other than my home, I cannot access XFINITY hotspots on my iPhone but can on my iPad. My iPad automatically joins the XFINITY hotspots, but my iPhone says, "unable to connect to XFINITY".
This has been happening for about a week now. The only thing that changed was the most recent Rapid Security update that Apple sent out. I'm not sure what I need to do to fix this problem.

@user_948e06 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I would be happy to help troubleshoot this hotspot issue with you today. To get started, have you had a chance to restart your phone since you did that update and or remove the Xfinity Hotspot app from your phone and then reinstall it?
