I am being charged monthly forService

I have monthly charges sine January and I do not have any service from xfinity. I left xfinity in January  and cancelled all service? I have called several times and spoken to many people and was assured that the charges would stop and I would be credited. The only way xfinity has my credit card number was I paid off my ohh e when I switched to another provider in January. I have never authorized auto pay.
