How to cancel the free peacock on my Xfinity

This is day two trying to resolve issue. I have free Peacock TV with Xfinity however I just signed up for a bundle with Apple TV & Peacock plus but it won’t let me access the Peacock plus because it refers me back to my free plan. How can I get the automatic sign in removed so I can access the new plan I’m paying for. I was able to get Pecock plus on my phone but not my smart TV

i have called Xfinity to remove it, they refer me to Peacock but that doesn’t work either. I checked forums and it’s seems this is on going problem that no one can solve. Please advise
