Keep in mind you need to have a credit balance for us to process any type of refund, but we'll take a closer look at your account. To get you all the information you need please send us a direct message. This will allow us to help with billing. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
