How do I talk to someone in America!

The call center you use is unacceptable they don’t listen to what you say at all!  I have been trying to get my phone activated for 6 days.  Each day I talk to a supervisor who assures me they fixed the problem and it will take no longer than 24hrs. That is a lie….
