How do I speak with an agent in the us
have been in dispute about a bill for 5 months. I was issued a credit for $967 back to my bank. Once it was issued, $967 was added to my monthly bill. When I call the call center, I get a completely different reason as to why from each person I speak with. The only time my issues ever get resolved are when I speak to an agent within the US. Please help.
