How do I cancel my "By The Gig" mobile plan?

I've had a "By The Gig" plan for around 4 years now and recently ported my 4 lines over to Google Fi.

Now that there are no lines left on my Xfinity Mobile account, how do I go about cancelling my plan?

Thank you!

Thank you! I already ported all of my lines away but it still says I have a "Pay By The Gig" plan that I'm paying $20 a month for. Will that cancel automatically when this billing cycle ends?

I believe it would, but we can double check the account and assist further if needed. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
