How can I download my monthly Xfinity Mobile statement?

I spent sometime on the website and I'm baffled that I can't find any place to download a pdf of my monthly statement for mobile service. Then I did a quick google search and seems this has been an issue for years. I'm hoping that this has been remedied and I just need to look in the correct place.

I think you are correct.  Unlike the Xfinity internet or TV account, there doesn't doesn't appear to be any detailed bill available for a mobile account.  All I see on the billing page is the amount due.  If you want a copy I think you'll have to do a screenshot or print the page to a PDF.

Hello, @

user_e4acac. Currently, the option to download is not available, however you can right click on the screen depending on what browser and device you're using and select "print page". This will provide a copy of the statement that you can either save to your device or print out. I recommend looking into the type of browser you're using to see if this option is available to use and how to access the feature.

This is unacceptable.  I need to submit an officially looking statement to my employer for my expense report.  I opted for peperless, but it is not paperless if you cannot ealily print a statement when needed.  Please bring back the option to print to a PDF.  Thanks.

This has been a year ... Saw several threads discussing the Xfinity Mobile PDF statement , no result. Customers are all very angry about this .

Xfinity Internet has the PDF statement, not sure what is going on for Xfinity Mobile. 

The "print->pdf" hack does not work for many customers. There is no name, no address on the bill webpage. How can you say this is a formal useful bill to submit expense report ? I think those customers just have to walk away with Xfinity.

@user_c741c4 Thank you for reaching out the Digital Care Team. You can find bill breakdowns of your mobile bill by using the Xfinity Mobile app> Billing> scroll down then view statements. We do not currently offer downloadable options.
