Horrible experience

I am not one to go out of my way to make a big fuss of anything. I just fix the problem and move on but xfinity mobile is a scam!! I switched to verizon since march and canceled my xfinity account since then. I have been charged including today three different times for a closed account!! First they charged me 230.45 then it was a horrible experience getting that refund back because first they only refunded me 108.33 then i had to call again and wait for the rest of the refund AGAIN which was 122.12. Then i was charged 122.12 another time, called again and i was refunded that as well and had to wait for that too! Then i was told since my account was canceled i would not receive any more charges. LIES. I was then charged today 95.34 and was told it was “my last bill” from June to July which made absolutely no sense because my account has been closed since March! Absolutely ridiculous and a scam!! Now i have to wait for my refund AGAIN. Makes me question how much money they make from “closed accounts” from people who do not pay attention to their bank account.

user_jb02o4 Hello there! I'm sorry to read of the repeated ongoing trouble you are having with the charges for the Xfinity Mobile account that should be closed. I have a feeling that them last time the person worked on the account they did not prorate the account to generate a credit / refund vs the charge to the account.
I know you have been in contact with teams before, and it's taken time to resolve. I would like to ensure this is the last time that you need to reach out for anything and make sure that your account is correctly closed and fully refunded.
To help with your account can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address?
From there I will validate the account and work with my teams to have everything in our system corrected and updated to make sure there are no future issues.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
