Horrible customer service

Everyone be careful using chat as a tool for customer service. I contacted Xfinity mobile and I never had my issue resolved but instead had 10 lines added to my account it took me days to fix I am filing a complaint and going to bypass Xfinity and probably get an attorney! Xfinity Mobile customer service is non existent they are awful I am switching back to Verizon!

Hello, @user_cbce76. Thank you for reaching our team through Forums. That's never the experience we want you to have, we want to ensure you’re able to get in touch with an awesome Xfinity Mobile expert to help get this resolved. Due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account specific requests over this platform.

Have you tried calling or texting 888-936-4968, or reached out to our secure online chat at xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile where an Xfinity Mobile expert is available 24/7?

Of course I have tried! I am just warning those who might read this and think about switching. Customers for so long and we get that kind of service which was an amazing Xfinity mobile person. Everyone I have spoken to they just don’t care this is crazy especially since 10 lines were added with no authorization and btw our phones still aren’t working since this happened like they used to! We will be switching asap

We’d truly regret seeing you go @user_cbce76! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team would love the chance to turn this experience around. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
