I am trying to get my phone I purchased from you unlocked.  Because you raised your rates I was forced to seek out another vendor to provide service.  I cannot get my phone unlocked by your company.  I have been trying to 4 days.  Every day the time line changes and it keeps growing.  The service has been moved, I just need my phone  unlocked. When I moved to you from AT&T, the phone I bought from AT&T was unlocked in 2 minutes.  Today, after 4 days of calling, I am now being told because the service was moved before the phone was unlocked, I now have to wait another 48 to 72 hours.  Worst customer service ever.

@user_k4bbsuThanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm terribly sorry to hear of your experience. I do apologize as well that our team here is very limited with our access to Xfinity Mobile accounts, due to security measures in place over social platforms. Since it has been 2 days already, was our XM team able to finally get this resolved for you?
