Help activating Note 9
I need help activating my Note 9 under Xfinity mobile.
When I try to activate it myself I get a message saying "This phone is already on Xfinity Mobile"
I ported this phone/number out of Xfinity Mobile 3 months ago and now I'm trying to port back.
I purchased this phone new and did a SIM swap from my iPhone 6 back while I had Xfinity Mobile so this phone never appered on my account. This is my primary and only phone so it's not possible I have it active under another Xfinity Mobile account as I only had the 1 phone under the 1 account before I ported my number out.

Hello Jason-B,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am happy to assist. When porting in a number, the number in question needs to be and remain in an active status with the previous service provider. We will not be able to port-in if the number is inactive.
If the number that you are seeking to port-in remains active with your current service provider, then I would require the following information as it pertains to the account that you have with your current mobile company;
Telephone number being ported
Account number
PIN
Account holder's name
Billing address
I assume you retained your Comcast residential services account in an active status. If so, I will need to authenticate that account before we can proceed. You can send me a private message by clicking on my name ComcastChrisL and then click on the send message button.
In that message include the first and last name of the account holder, the account number and the last 4 digits of the SSN on file. If you are not the account holder, you will need to have the account holder add you to the residential account as an authorized user.
If you no longer have Comcast residential services, you would need to live in the Comcast service footprint and establish a residential high-speed internet account before we are able to tackle any other request. Thanks again for your time and patience.
