Haven't received $200 x 2 gift cards for signing up

I was told back in July that if I brought over my existing phones and traded one in I would get a $200 gift card for each new line. I was also told that Xfinity mobile would cover the remaining balance of the phone I bought over from Verizon. I have only received a $100 gift card. I have reached out by phone and text and have gotten no where. I have an open ticket. Each new person I speak with tells me something different. I have received a couple phone calls from Xfinity rewards but I can't understand what the woman leaving the voicemail is saying. I'm asking for some help getting this mess taken care of. Thank you in advance
