Have been waiting for a return label for MONTHS

I have chatted/visiting/called xfinity mobile countless times. 

There is an ECM ticket and plenty of notes detailing that I am suppose to receive a return label. As of today I am AGAIN past 20 days since the return order was submitted but I still have not received my return label. Agents in the store have called and been left on hold with tech support, and can't print a label for me.

There are endless notes on my ECM ticket but no body is actually doing anything to get me a return label.

I need to return my phone and xfinity is scamming me by still charging me a monthly fee to pay off a phone. 

What can be done? This is costing me time and money, and xfinity tech support either simply doesn't exist or is so deliberately understaffed that they can't help me.

Use this form to submit a complaint… I've had to use it a few times and it's the one way I know someone will always get back to me. It might take a week or two, but it's a whole lot easier than trying to call. https://www.xfinity.com/nod/form
