Grayed out early upgrade
The tech online could not upgrade me early because I that option in her windows is grayed out in the store it is grayed out. I've been a customer 9 yrs. Never late. Paid all but 5 payments. What in the heck is going on? I wasted gas 3 times this yr 70 miles round trip to tey upgrading early and they aren't able and my credit is great. Idk what's going on.
Second issue: they never have any s23 ultras in lur local stores. 70 miles round trip 3 times to be denied and no jumper to call first. Customer service won't send me a phone. I need to upgrade please!
