Got SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF by Xfinity

Was introduced with the bundle up deal promo home internet with xfinity mobile on May 3rd, 2022 from xfinity rep when i called them to extend our home internet contract...4 lines of mobile (4 free phones, unlimited everything for 4 lines less than $30 in total per month, home internet for $10 per month, four $150 visa cards per person, risk free no penalty returning in 14 days from receiving devices) 

We agreed on the deals and paid one time fee of 49.44 and was reassured that this amount will be refunded back to us if we decided to return devices/cancel promo deal...was reassured no hidden fee, risk free, no contract...

Received the phones and never used nor open the phones...contacted xfinity mobile to reconfirm the monthly fee of mobile for 4 lines, but rep from xfinity mobile said that there are no bundle up deal at all...and monthly fee for unlimited talk, text, data for four lines will be $160.00 ($40 per lines) which was lot more than what i pay with my tmobile grandfather plan...also he mentioned that home internet fee won't be $10 per month since there are no bundle up deal...he  told me that i need to take all phones to nearest xfinty store to do return..

Long Nightmare began!! Drove to Naperville IL store (phones never been opened)...rep opened and activated all 4 phones briefly to do the returns...said that was the procedures to do return, told me they can't ship out the phones to warehouse themselves, i needed to ship out myself at fedex location (can't be in all one box, told me it had to be per phone per box-needed 4boxes)..mentioned that one time charge ($49.44) will be refunded back to my card once warehouse complete to return process..all day driving around to do return and shipping out unused(unopened) phones...crazy day because of their own people's lies over bundle up deals

All four phones returned and was processed completed by warehouse only to find out  they charged $140.00 ($35 for each phone) for restocking fee...$140 already taken out from my credit card on file...no one has mentioned anything parts of this...every reps that i spoken to reassured me that all this will be refunded since it was never mentioned by any reps, mis guided, misinformed of all tge deals to begin with...still took my money and now they are saying they can't do anything about this charges...Big company like Xfinity never trained their reps ( they all had different answers on same question) MISINFORMED, MISGUIDED!!  Xfinity don't want to take responsibilities over their own peoples mistakes...Big disappointment! All that driving around, time, troubles they put me through...$0 refund!! Took my $140 from my credit card...BEAWARE!! Don't believe all tge deal they say to get u! They all have different answers on same issue/question...poorly trained reps...XFINITY won't take any responsibilies, they just took my money like scammer( thief) DISAPPOINING!!!

The $35.00 per item restocking fee is included in the return policy at https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/returns-and-exchanges .

@rightfooted​ Xfinity  didn’t mention that 35 was going to take from your bank account to pay the shipping when the phone is returned. The agent said everything what you paid was going to be returned.   ====== XFINITY IS A SCAM ==+=== and then Xfinity said it was a mistake from agent.

I had the same experience. I was told that my I was going to be refunded the full amount that i paid. They took 35 for my "restocking". They said that it was a mistake from the agents. Really? I am the customer who has to paid the mistakes of the Xfinity Mobile employees?

This is a scam.

I had the same issue, an agent lied about lowering my home internet by ordering a phone. I returned it and only received $9 back. Then I called and the agent said they would send the $35 restocking fee back. 2 weeks later nothing. Scammed. Why am I paying for the deceptive customer service agent?!

I am so sick of this company ripping not only myself but so many other people off... it's disgraceful and as soon as my phones are paid off I'm out. [Edited: "Solicitation"]... you will get NOWHERE with their "experts on their Mobile team" (their standard words & response). They have been a mess since day one and instead of improving they get worse with time. [Edited: "Solicitation"]... good luck. Xfinity is trash, I have had them for several years. I am a single mother and was trying to reduce my bill with them and they offered to change my service to the mobile bundle plan because according to the person I talked to I was paying to much and now I’m paying 100 dollars more than my original bill. I have been a customer since 2013 and it just gets worse every year. They do not have a customer loyalty program, they just lie.
