Good luck with an address change

I am dealing with this for over three months. These so called experts cannot figure out a simple address change.

New Sim went to the old address.

Cannot upgrade to iPhone 15 since the shipping address is still the old address.

I have been chatting and calling these geniuses for months now. No luck. At my wit's end. Xfnity Mobile support is horrendous and the website is absolute garbage. Wish they got shorted out of oblivion.
