GOOD customer service needed ASAP
Is it possible for someone at Xfinity to call and actually solve my problem?
I switched from ATT a couple of weeks ago and have had nothing but headaches so far. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with numerous customer "service" people and have gone to my local store four times. The manager at my local store promised to help and said he would contact me when the problem is fixed. Neither has happened. I am requesting a competent manager or similar to actually call me and solve the issues your company has caused with my account at YOUR company. Call me! [Edited: "Personal Information"]
