Global Travel Pass

We’ve have a terrible and very frustrating time adding Global Travel Pass to one of our phones.  It was then confirmed to be added yet I’m being charged for roaming.  We’ve called and messaged over 10 times.

@user_556d4b Hello! We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting this added to your Xfinity Mobile account. We, unfortunately, do not have access to Xfinity Mobile accounts here so we will need you to contact them using either of these methods:

They will be able to get this resolved for you so that you can prevent roaming charges from taking place.

The only way to confirm that a line has the GTP is to go into your account, select the line, and scroll down to Other Services International, check that GTP has been selected. It appears that only the account holder can enable/disable GTP, after international roaming has been enabled by XM. Also power off and on, and take a screenshot when enabled or disabled.
