Global travel pass fraudulent charges

I travelled internationally and purchased the global travel pass for one day. Once I was done, I deactivated it. I got a text msg  saying “Your active Global Travel Pass session is ending soon at 12/20/2023 10:28 PM EST. Any calls, texts, or data usage after this time will activate a new pass.” So I thought, oh okay I actually need this for another couple of days so I’ll continue to use data.

Then I get an email saying I’m being charged $700 for roaming charges. [Edited: "Language"] I was never notified that the pass got deactivated. And as noted above from the text, they told me the pass would automatically activate again if I use data. How do I dispute this charge?
